Popis:	PDM should integrate all the data during PLM. PLM includes many application systems (CAX, ERP etc.), which product a large amount of various documents. How to manage these documents and share the resource of enterprises effectively is the urgent problem need to be solved. PDM provides a platform for the integration of all applications and document management is one of main functions. This paper designs a document model based on virtual folders by STEP PDM Schema and analyzes the data structure of business object and data object and physical file in detail. This paper also describes the management style of the data structure, which could realize the effective use of all documents by computer resources.
