Popis: | The paper presents an analysis of the methods of surface hardening of parts. The authors experimentally worked out and determined the technology of combined hardening of parts of friction pairs of hydraulic pneumatic units, which allows increasing the efficiency and reliability of the units. In order to increase the life and reliability of precision friction pairs, the production feasibility of combining spark alloying and diamond smoothing has been substantiated. Technological and software for the formation of regular micro reliefs, surface reinforcement with combined processing are proposed. |
