Popis: | Purpose: The ranking of serum CK activity in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancies is discussed controversially. Hence, we investigated the CK isoenzyme pattern in fallopian tubes and followed up the maternal serum CK activity. Methods and results: Total creatine kinase (CK) as well as CK isoforms were measured in tissue samples from fallopian tubes, fundus and cervix uteri after hysterectomy of 10 women. Total CK and mCK-1 activity were significantly lower in the cervix than in the tube and the fundus (p |
