Diffraction of a narrow X-ray beam on the double-block system with a wedge-shaped crystal

Popis:	The form of interference fringes in the double-block system with a wedge-shaped plate and thick flat-parallel crystal is studied theoretically. It is shown, that interference fringes on the exit surface of the system represent themselves as semi-ellipses. Good agreement between theoretical and experimental results is obtained.
