Popis: | The effect of substitution of Cr3+ and Mn4+ ions for tin in bismuth pyrostannate on the magnetic properties of the compound has been investigated. The interrelation between the magnetic, dielectric, and electrical properties has been established. Qualitative dependences of the temperature behavior of the permittivity and magnetic susceptibility on the substituent ion have been obtained. A change in the conductivity type from hopping to tunneling has been found. |
