Popis: | This paper is based on the evaluation index system of the development level of the R&D industry. The method of principal component analysis is applied to evaluate the development level of the R&D industry in all Chinese provinces and to analyze the results based on the principal components. The Chinese provinces are divided into four areas, namely rapid development area, steady development area, slow development area, and underdeveloped area. The variation trends of the development of the R&D industry in the four regions are analyzed. Accordingly, a number of policy recommendations are proposed in order to improve the overall level of the R&D industry in China. |
