Popis: It is shown that the dependence of the Hubble constant on time should have a more complex character than was previously assumed. Taking into account the curvature of space leads to a change in the Hubble law and to a violation of the homogeneity of space. It is shown that Hubble's law does not depend on the topology and on the dimension of space, however, at large distances and in view of the effects of SRT, it should depend on the distance. The case of galaxy velocities exceeding the speed of light is considered.
