| Popis: | Sida angustifolia (Malvaceae) was erroneously identified as S. spinosa and synonymized under it. The taxonomic identity and distribution of S. angustifolia is discussed and the binomial is lectotypified. A detailed description, illustration, photographs, and distribution map of S. angustifolia are provided and its morphological differences from S. spinosa are elucidated. |
