The topic of this final qualifying work is: "The influence of the content of carbon nanoparticles of various morphologies on the physico-mechanical properties of the polymer matrix."The aim of the work is to study the effect of the addition of carbon nanoparticles to a solid thermosetting polymer and an elastic polymer on the physico-mechanical properties of the composite material.In order to solve the tasks, the work was divided into stages: analysis of scientific and technical literature on the topic under study, on the basis of which the relevance of the work is justified; determination of the composition of the composite; determination of types of carbon fillers; development of technology for the manufacture of polymer composite materials with carbon fillers; study of physical and mechanical properties of polymer composite materials.Based on the analysis of modern research, two materials were selected that are most suitable for this study: epoxy resin and styrene-butadiene rubber.In the course of the study, the physico-mechanical properties of polymers were investigated: for epoxy resin - metal adhesion to polymer, shear strength test, three-point bending test, impact toughness test, test for determining viscoelastic properties of polymer composite materials by dynamic mechanical analysis, for styrene-butadiene rubber â relaxation test. |
