Popis:	We are reporting a 21 year-old white male with a giant asymptomatic frontotemporal cyst extended and by-passing the midline. It was complicated by a subdural hygroma which resolved spontaneously. In spite of the cyst's large size the patient has kept asymptomatic. He has been followed for the last seven years showing no mental nor neurological impairment.
