Popis: | The development of methods for the directed transport of biologically active compounds (BACs) to target cells and organs is a crucial task of pharmacol ogy [1]. Liposomes, hollow particles whose aqueous interior is separated from an external aqueous solution by a bilayer lipid membrane, are often used as contain ers for BAC immobilization [2]. To increase the thera peutic effect of encapsulated BAC, the liposome sur face is modified in such a manner that the release of BAC occurs in the region of its delivery target. The release of BAC from liposomes is initiated by different methods, for example, by changing the temperature and pH of a medium, complexation, and enzymatic cleavage of labile chemical bonds [3–5]. |
