Popis: | For the wide range change process of working conditions in the chemical industry process, conventional control is difficult to meet the requirements of smooth control. Instead, the process transition control strategy represented by dynamic optimization is adopted to achieve the smooth change of working conditions. For complex processes, the application limit of dynamic optimization is that the indirect method is difficult to solve and the direct method cannot obtain continuous solutions. The analytical method based on frequency domain is proposed to avoid this situation. The system dynamic model is described by the transfer function to obtain the continuous process transition control strategy. Furthermore, the simplification of the control strategy is discussed by numerical analysis. The availability of the control strategy proposed in this paper is verified by the simulation study of an ethylene column with throughput fluctuating. |
