Popis: | 27th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 2559-2561 In this work, we have tried to improve the interface property of sputtered ZnO film and p-layer of thinfilm silicon solar cell by introducing low-temperature deposited p-μc-Si as a interfacial layer (IL). It was found that higher cell performance with better fill factor was obtained with low-temperature deposited IL and up to now an efficiency of 10.5% has been achieved showing that this approach is the promising method to achieve high efficiency on high-haze sputtered ZnO substrates. |
