Popis:	Endogenous Aspergillus terreus endophthalmitis and osteomyelitis of the hip occurred in a 45-year-old man with no prior history of compromised immune system, ocular trauma, surgery in the effected eye, hematologic malignancy, or intravenous drug abuse. This is a rare report of simultaneous Aspergillus endophthalmitis and bone infection in an immunocompetent host. A successful outcome was achieved with aggressive medical and surgical intervention.
