Popis: | Social cognitive abilities, including theory of mind, emerge in childhood and continue to develop across childhood and adolescence. They are crucially important to children's adjustment and self-regulation, and they are related to mental health outcomes. In this project, we look at large national birth cohorts and other datasets to uncover new associations and causal mechanisms between these areas of development, adjustment, learning, and psychopathology. |
