Popis: | We present miniaturized MOEMS-based external-cavity (EC)-QCLs: A non-resonant, versatile version for setting arbitrary emission wavelengths or wavelength trajectories as a function of time with drive frequencies up to a few tens of Hz and a fast, resonant variant for real time (millisecond resolution) measurements. Both versions are equipped with additional cavity length control for high-resolution mid-IR spectroscopy. |
