Popis:	The selection of relief values (RV) for an actual system is made on the basis of working pressure, the adjustment pressure, the pressure of the onset of opening, the pressure of full opening, and the closing pressure. The hydraulic quality of an RV is characterized by the capacity for the mass flow rate of the working medium through the RV at the specified temperature and pressure. Formulas for water vapor, gas and liquid are shown. The authors derive a more practical solution for the capacity of an RV than the one previously used, and create a more unambiguous calculation of discharge and the selection of control valves.
