Popis: | The possibility of development of ultraviolet emitters on hydroxyl radicals obtained in a glow discharge in ethanol and water-vapor mixture has been theoretically analyzed for the first time. It was shown that these lamps have a limited lifetime due to the irreversible dissociation of ethanol molecules and formation of stable hydrocarbons with higher electron-impact dissociation energy. |
