In this article, we will look at the industrial context of the automotive industry in Morocco, the design of the maturity model of the supply chain adapted to the automotive industry. In this sense, several studies have been carried out. From an analysis of the existing, the objective of our article is to propose a model of maturity of the supply chain for Small and Medium Enterprises in the automotive industries. Then we present a literature review summarizing the main models of maturity of the supply chain. Moreover, by the end of this study, we will suggest an evaluation model of the logistic maturity based on the principle of Global Evalog and the Lean Manufacturing concept in order to measure the level of maturity of the supply chain of Small and Medium Enterprises in the automotive industry. These measures will then allow us to implement improvement actions in order to reach a higher level of maturity. |
