Popis: | This paper presents a second-order bandpass active filter that operates in current-mode. The circuit is implemented from second generation current controlled conveyors with different polarization and grounded capacitors. The proposed filter, implemented in BiCMOS technology, exhibits: a simple structure thanks to the simplified conveyors topologies; low active and passive sensitivities; a low supply voltage (±0.75 V); a high center frequency (300 MHz) and a high quality factor (50). Moreover, the quality factor and the center frequency can be electronically and independently controlled by the bias currents of the conveyors. Simulation results, found using PSPICE software, are included to confirm the theoretical analysis and to highlight the high performances of the proposed filter. |
