In modern economy with unstable environment the trade liberalization plays an important role. It is especially relevant with the World Trade Organization and the Europe Union in case of the exports and customs duty. In particular, accession to the World Trade Organization provides reducing tariffs on exports. In addition, the membership in the Europe Union requires gradual abolition of all export duties. So it is important to evaluate the possible consequences of its activities on state’s revenues in country’s budgets, exports’ value, national incomes. Using cross-mixed analysis in the context of correlation-regression analysis, the arc elasticity coefficient and the absolute value of the 1% of increase we will appreciate the degree of export duty’s influence in the arithmetic mean of export duty’s rate on exports and state’s incomes. It will help determine the necessity of its reducing and cancellation not only from a theoretical point of view, but also from a practical one. |
