For high-order polarization transformations and the formation of vector Beams, it is proposed to use simple-to-manufacture optical elements based on sector plates consisting of polarized plates in combination with phase plates stacked together. The results of analytical analysis and numerical study of the main types of such sector structures for the formation of cylindrical polarizations of the first and second order are presented. The results of an experimental study of the formed Beams using a multi-channel diffraction filter are consistent with the theory. |
