Rehabilitation of patient with low back pain and sciatic neuralgia after microdiscectomy : case report

Popis: Patients with low back pain are very often clients of physiotherapist. A large part of them manages to cure the leading conservative therapy. Many of them, but recently more, cases of advanced spinal disorders require surgical intervention. This procedure carries with it serious c o n s e q u e n c e s r e l a t e d t o t h e t r a n s i t i o n a l r e s t r i c t i o n o f independence and inability to work. The correct rehabilitation before and postoperative have directly influance on recovery time. Very important for our patient in recovery is: restore all functions, get rid of troublesome pain and also trained the new, proper movement patterns (prevention). Authors describe their own method in rehabilitation which proved to be efective.
