Popis: | Cobalt-basic-carbonate nanobelts were synthesized via hydrothermal process by hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) hydrolysis. The obtained nanobelts were with ∼100–200 nm in width and more than 10 μm in length. The microstructure and composition of the nanobelts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectra. 1D array of spinel Co3O4 nanoparticles have been obtained by the thermal conversion of monodispersed nanobelts. Its magnetic property was also studied. |
