Popis:	Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «ESG-факторы как инструмент повышения эффективности деятельности компании (на примере консалтинго-аудиторской компании)». Цель данной работы: анализ влияния принципов ESG на эффек­тивность деятельности консалтинго-аудиторской компании и обоснова­ние экономической эффективности инвестиционного проекта, направ­ленного на реализацию Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð². В Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ работы объектом исследования является кон­салтинго-аудиторская компания. Предметом исследования является оценка влияния ESG-факторов на эффективность функционирования организации. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы были использованы диалектический, системный, формально-логический методы, а также метод анализа и синтеза, метод регрессионного анализа. В работе проанализированы теоретические аспекты эффектив­ности деятельности компании, выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на эффективность. Проведен анализ ESG-факторов как инструмента по­вышения эффективности функционирования компании. Разработан ин­вестиционный проект, направленный на реализацию ESG-принципов, проведена оценка эффективности проекта, анализ чувствительности. Результаты данной работы будут актуальны для управляющего состава организаций, планирующего внедрение ESG-принципов в стра­тегию развития компаний. The subject of the graduate qualification work is «ESG factors as a tool to increase the efficiency of the company's performance (on the example of a consulting-auditing company)». The purpose of this work is to analyze the impact of ESG principles on the effectiveness of the consulting and auditing company and to justify the economic efficiency of an investment project aimed at implementing these principles. In the framework of this work, the object of research is a consulting and auditing company. The subject of the study is to assess the impact of ESG factors on the effectiveness of the organization. In the course of the work, dialectical, systemic, formal-logical meth­ods were used, as well as the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of regression analysis. The study analyzes the theoretical aspects of the company's perfor­mance, identifies the main factors affecting efficiency. The analysis of ESG factors as a tool for improving the efficiency of the company's functioning is carried out. An investment project aimed at the implementation of ESG prin­ciples has been developed, an assessment of the effectiveness of the project, a sensitivity analysis has been carried out. The results of this work will be relevant for the management staff of organizations planning to implement ESG principles in the development strategy of companies.
