In the course of the work, studies of turning plasticized core blanks were carried out, the preferred tool and cutting conditions were selected. Various materials of graphite tooling were investigated in order to improve the quality of sintered rods. A developed scheme of mechanization of a centerless grinding machine with the aim of increasing productivity is presented. The design of a solid carbide end mill with a variable pitch of the helix, unevenly arranged cutting edges in pairs, and a variable angle of inclination of the chip helical groove has been developed. Based on the research and design, a technological process has been designed. |
