There is currently a low precision in predicting the indirect dynamometer card with measured power cure. The indirect measured model of normal beam pumping unit based on the measured power cure was established, and taken into consideration comprehensively the effects of transmission efficiency of each node and moving part inertia on the dynamic parameters of the system, combined with the power transfer process and the balance principle of reducer, then the polished rod load can be derived. Through the calibration method, using the load sensor to demarcate the transmission efficiency of the whole ground transmission system under different crank angle, and each well established a database that contains different error function in different conditions. Based on the above method makes the calculations closer to the actual value. Two wells were continuously monitored under different dynamic fluid levels, and the results showed that the indirect measured dynamometer card of had a very high coincidence rate with the direct measured dynamometer card, and the error was within ± 5%, which could meet the actual engineering requirements. |
