| Popis: | The genomic RNA of mengovirus is known to contain a long poly(C) tract. Its position relative to the poly(A) end of the genome was determined. It is shown that a T 1 oligonucleotide with 71 C, 2 U, AC, AU, and AAG maps near the 5′-end of the RNA molecule and within the first tenth of the molecule. |
