Popis: | High angle tilt boundaries in polycrystalline tapes of Nb3Ge, prepared by the coevaporation technique, have been studied by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. Based on geometric boundary theories, possible structure models have been constructed for ∑17/[001] and ∑5/[001] grain boundaries. By comparing the electron microscopic observations with the image simulations of the models, specific atomic configurations of these types of tilt boundary are proposed. |
