Popis: | OSL dosimetric studies have been carried out on wired chip card modules from employee identity cards (ID cards) from a premier government research institution. The OSL dose response of chip card modules shows a linear behavior upto a dose of 20 Gy and thereafter exhibited a sub-linearity. The homogeneity of OSL signal among different cards as well as the repeatability studies were carried out and were found to be satisfying the requirements of IEC. The signal was found to be stable after 4 days of storage. In addition, dose recovery methodology was suggested for RFID chip card module and the same has been validated with different chip card modules. |
