Popis: | The effects of alpha post-bombardment on the dissolution and reprecipitation of carbonitrides present in N2+-implanted 1020 low-C steel are investigated. The characterisation of the precipitates is done via conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy. The authors' results show that the irradiation of the sample with low-fluence He+ ions produces dissolution of the epsilon -Fe3.2(C,N) and reprecipitation into epsilon -Fe2+x(C,N)(x |
