Twenty-three cases of adenomyosis treated by acupuncture

Popis:	Objective To explore the efficacy of adenomyosis treated by acupuncture. Methods Acupuncture combined with TDP was applied to the adenomyosis patients. Taichōng ( LR 3), Taixī ( KI 3), Sānyīnjiāo ( SP 6) and Hegŭ ( LI 4) were selected and TDP was applied to the patients with waist and abdominal chill. The efficacy was evaluated. Results Twenty-three cases were treated, 16 cases were cured, 7 cases were improved and 0 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with TDP has sound effect in the treatment of adenomyosis.
