The technological part of this work is devoted to the study and modernization of the technological process of manufacturing the part ����Gear selector lever���� The design part of the work is devoted to the design of an installation-clamping device for a milling-centering operation. The research part of this work is devoted to the development of a mathematical model describing the main thermodynamic processes during plunge-cut grinding, which makes it possible to display the nuances of thermal and mechanical elastic processes under various processing conditions. Tasks that were solved during the study: - Consideration of grinding as an elastic-plastic process. - Consideration of grinding as a thermal process. - Study of the dependence and characteristics of the interaction of elastic and thermal systems during plunge grinding.
