Reliability analysis of wind power output capacity in a regional power grid

Popis: The rapid development of wind power has made its access capacity problem more eagerly concerned. It is urgent to analyze the curtailment factors and put forward corresponding measures for wind power consumption. In this paper, the wind resource characteristics, power load characteristics and peakload regulation capability are analyzed for specific power system zones. The reliability of regional power grid is analyzed for wind power acceptance based on effective load carrying capacity and different characteristics of power load and peak-load regulation. At the same time, the curtailment ratio and the inter-regional power regulation are taken as factors to analyze the wind power acceptance level. The research has a certain reference value for power grid planning and operation, especially regional power grids with different wind resources and power load characteristics and peak-load regulation capability.
