Popis:	Our Bylaws state that one of the roles of the president is to present to the Council “matters for which Council approval is sought.” This includes changes to the Bylaws of the Society, which must be approved by the Council. At our last Annual Meeting, we established a new governance structure, so it is not surprising that this year I will put before the Council suggested “housekeeping” changes to the Bylaws, which have been found during the year to clean up the Bylaws and keep them in line with what is obvious practice. These changes follow.
