Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Проект внедрения облачного сервиса «МойСклад» на предприятие розничной торговли».Данная работа посвящена созданию проекта внедрения облачного сервиса «МойСклад», для автоматизации процессов складского учета и запуска интернет-магазина в компании розничной торговли.Задачи, решаемые в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы:Проведение анализа деятельности компании, построение модели «КАК ЕСТЬ».Выявление проблем в компании, формирование требований к внедрению информационной системы.Проведение анализа рынка Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ и выбор наиболее Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰ÐµÐ³Ð¾ решения, построение модели «КАК ДОЛЖНО БЫТЬ» с учетом выбранной информационной системы.Разработка проекта внедрения.Определение коммерческой эффективности проекта.Использованные методы: сбор и обработка Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , построение моделей бизнес-процессов, сбор требований, сравнительный анализ, построение диаграммы Ганта, оценка эффективности проекта.Работа выполнена с использованием материалов Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² об управлении операциями электронной коммерции и автоматизации в данной сфере.В результате работы проведен анализ деятельности предприятия розничной торговли и, на основе ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼, выбрана наиболее Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð°Ñ информационная система. Сформирован план проекта внедрения и проектная команда, оценены проектные риски и эффективность проекта внедрения.Практическая значимость работы заключается в Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð°Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ проекта, которые показывают, что внедрение облачного сервиса «МойСклад» позволяет автоматизировать складской учет, повышает качество обслуживания клиентов и способствует расширению компании розничной торговли.
Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor is “Project for the implementation of cloud service “MoiSklad” into retail company”.This work is devoted to the creation of a project for the implementation of the “MoiSklad” cloud service, to automate the warehouse accounting processes and launch an online store in a retail company.The tasks that are solved in the research:Conducting an analysis of the company's activities, building an "AS IS" model.Identification of problems in the company, formation of requirements for the implementation of the information system.Conducting an analysis of the information systems market and choosing the most appropriate solution, building a “TO BE” model, considering the selected information system.Development of an implementation project.Determination of the commercial effectiveness of the project.Methods used: data collection and processing, building business process models, requirements collection, comparative analysis, building a Gantt chart, project performance evaluation.Work is performed using materials from open sources on the management of e-commerce operations and automation in this area.As a result of the work, an analysis of the activity of a retail enterprise was carried out and, based on existing problems, the most appropriate information system was selected. An implementation project plan and a project team were formed, project risks and the effectiveness of the implementation project were assessed.The practical significance of the work lies in the potential results of the project, which show that the introduction of the “MoiSklad” cloud service allows you to automate warehouse accounting, improves the quality of customer service and contributes to the expansion of a retail company.
