Popis: В пищевой и фармацевтической промышленности используется автоматы для дозирования и фасования малыми дозами, в ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ разматывание и протягивание Ñ€ÑƒÐ»Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² при упаковке продуктов.Данная работа относится к способам и устройствам для упаковки продуктов или материалов с помощью методов дискретного проектирования, разматывания, складывания и протягивания Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð², особенно ÑƒÐ¿Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² в оборудовании упаковки ÑÑ‹Ð¿ÑƒÑ‡Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð². За счет увеличения Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° толкающего цилиндра решается проблема изменения инерционной нагрузки, вызванной изменениями качества материала. За счет разделения операций разматывания и протягивания ленты устраняется проблема разрушения материала упаковки, вызванная изменением натяжения материала, и повышается надежность производственной линии.
The food and pharmaceutical industry uses dosing and filling machines for small doses, in which it is necessary to unwind and pull rolled materials when packaging products.This work relates to methods and apparatus for packaging products or materials using discrete design techniques, unwinding, folding and pulling various tape materials, especially packaging materials in bulk packaging equipment. By increasing the stroke of the pushing cylinder, the problem of changing the inertial load caused by changes in the quality of the material is solved. By separating the unwinding and pulling operations of the tape, the problem of the destruction of the packaging material caused by the change in the tension of the material is eliminated, and the reliability of the production line is improved.
