The topic of the final qualifying work: "Research of the processes of obtaining foam materials". This work is devoted to the study of the processes of obtaining foams, in particular aluminum foam, with the addition of carbon nanostructures. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study of foaming processes of foam metals, their main properties and characteristics. 2. Study of aluminum foam and its properties. 3. Identification of the best foaming modes for the aluminum-carbon nanostructures system. 4. Study of the structure of pores and partitions of prototypes. 5. Development of recommendations on the process of foaming aluminum with carbon nanotubes, fullerene and fullerene soot. As a result of the work, the main methods of obtaining foam metals and their difference from the starting materials were considered. As a result of the research, the foaming modes of the aluminum-carbon nanostructure system were analyzed at different furnace temperatures. The nature of the pore distribution in experimental samples has been studied.With the help of visual inspection, the shape of the pores of the samples was determined. Based on the work carried out, effective foaming modes for aluminum-carbon nanostructure systems were given. |
