Modelling of the Formation of p-p+ Transitions under the Influence of Pulsed Laser Irradiation in p-Ge

Popis: The model of the formation of $p-p^{+}$-transitions in p-type germanium under the influence of pulsed laser irradiation has been developed. The model is based on the self-consistent solution of system of the equations of diffusion, Poisson and condition of electroneutrality. The effects of the concentration profiles of conduction electrons for p-Ge at different values of their average concentration, substrate temperature, and the characteristic distance of action of the laser beam were studied.
