Popis:	This case report demonstrates a case of isolated tuberculosis of the larynx in a patient with a prolonged inflammatory process of the larynx with a suspected malignant tumor and led to stenosis of the respiratory tract. The report is interest as an example of long-term (3 years) diagnostic search and the complexity of differential diagnosis of the disease.
