Every year, the consumption of thermal energy and electricity by various consumers is growing. The steam boiler unit plays an important role in the production of this energy at thermal power plants. It produces superheated steam for its subsequent use in the turbine. In this final qualifying work, the thermal calculation of the boiler E is performed-320-13,7-555. Thermal calculation includes design and verification calculations. The purpose of the design calculation is to select the layout and determine the dimensions of all heating surfaces, while the verification calculation is to determine the temperatures and heat perception of the working fluid and exhaust gases.The theoretical significance of the final qualifying work consists in expanding the understanding of boiler units, the calculations of their individual parts and the overall design. In this thesis, theoretical research methods are used, such as: theoretical analysis and synthesis of previously studied information and new information obtained.When designing the boiler unit, the calculation of volumes and enthalpy of fuel combustion products was carried out. The calculation of the working mass of the fuel was carried out taking into account the change in ash content. The speeds of the primary and secondary air in the burners and the dimensions of the flow sections are also determined.For boiler E-320-13,7-555 a positional calculation of the furnace chamber has been performed, the purpose of which is to determine the distribution of temperatures and local thermal loads over the entire height of the furnace. The strength calculation of the drum wall was performed, the purpose of which was to determine the wall thickness. The calculation of environmental indicators of the boiler unit E was performed-320-13,7-555.This graduate qualified work can be used as a refinement and further research in the master's program. Also, the use of the work can be by designers working with boiler units for the design of boilers with specified parameters and working on brown coal. |
