Popis: | Alveolar-arterial Oxygen Tension Differences are one of the oxygenations that can increase SARS-CoV-2 virus infection. Based on this, the researchers wanted to assess the relationship between the baseline AaDO2 gradient and spirometry tests in severe COVID-19 survivors. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The analysis was carried out in bivariate and multivariate tests assisted by using SPSS 26. The subjects who participated in the study were 80 people. Subjects with AaDO2 values > 39.4 mmHg 70% (n=56), median AaDO2 gradient was 60.45 (2.75 - 548.2 mmHg). The relationship between baseline AaDO2 analysis and spirometry results showed that it was associated with FVC and FEF25-75% results, respectively (PR) 18.6 (95% CI 3.978-87.401 p = |
