| Popis: | Surgical correction of hallux valgus is based on a strategy with several steps including the closure of the medial capsule. This closure constitutes, as well as lateral arthrolysis and osteotomies, an essential time to avoid recurrence of the deformity. The authors propose a technique for the reconstruction of medial ligament plane and an assessment of its interest. |
