Understanding the structures of hidden-charm pentaquarks in a simple model

Popis: We discuss the possible interpretations and J P assignments for the LHCb Pc(4312), Pc(4440), and Pc(4457) pentaquark states in a simple chromomagnetic model, H s p l i t t i n g = − ∑ i j C i j λ i ⋅ λ j σ i ⋅ σ j and H d e c a y = c o n s t . We find that both the spectrum and decay properties can be understood by assuming that they are ( u u d ) 8 c ( c c ‾ ) 8 c states. The J P = 3 / 2 − assignment for the P c ( 4312 ) is different from the J P = 1 / 2 − assignment in the naive Σ c D ‾ molecule picture. If the former assignment is confirmed, the possible implication of the ( u u d ) 8 c ( c c ‾ ) 8 c structure is discussed. The search for the predicted pentquark states is also called for.
