The subject of the research is the development of electric drives for clamping devices that will replace pneumatic or hydraulic chucks on lathes. The main objective of the master's work is electrically driven clamping device, as well as to carry out transmission analysis and calculation of various parameters to ensure the suitability of the developed drive.In the master's thesis, an analysis of the drive design for an electric drive was carried out. Based on the calculation of the parameters of various mechanisms, suitable parts were selected. Drawings for drive design and installation drawings were made. Finally, depending on the function, motor logic circuits and conventional control circuits were developed. Practical significance. The findings broaden the choice of lathe clamping devices and can improve plant productivity.Findings. The designed electrically powered clamping device is capable of performing the required functions and, depending on the characteristics of the power source, can increase productivity and reduce costs. |
