Popis:	Concept of water cooled reactor with fuel elements made on the basis of HTGR microfuel particles is introduced. Essence of the concept is full warranty of non-destruction of the fuel elements in any hard-accident conditions, providing radiational safety of the nuclear power plant under any circumstances.
