Popis: The Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) is developing an Intelligent Energy Consumption Management System, aimed at improving the management of electric energy consumption, energy efficiency and control of electrical maintenance at UFCG campus. This work proposes the use of micro-generators (Distributed Generation-DG) facilities in the buildings so that the energy efficiency of each building of the institution can be improved, thus reducing the cost of electric energy bills. To manage the dynamic switch between the sources in this work the model for a Hybrid System of Supervision and Control of the Transfer of Alternative Energy Conversion Sources is proposed, using an automatic transfer switch to load switching, quickly and safely, between two sources of power enough that the interval of interruption of the power supply to the users do not notice this switching.
