Popis:	The features of the use of the technique of dielectric measurements of water-mineral systems, widely used as supports in civil and industrial structures, are investigated. It is shown that, in the newly formed state, these systems have increased megahertz permittivity, the values of which are only stabilized when the samples investigated exhibit thixotropic properties.
