The theme of my graduate qualification work is: "Realization of the project of low-rise construction in an unstable socio-economic environment". The work is devoted to the assessment of the impact of unstable socio-economic environment in 2022 on out-of-town building, on the example of building of the territory near the "Ohta Park" resort.The aim of the work is to create a concept for the development of territories of the resort Okhta Park in an unstable socio-economic environment in 2022.In order to achieve the goal of the work, the following research tasks were formulated:Review and analysis of the current socio-economic environment;Assessment of a cost and quality analysis of wooden houses in unstable environment;The concept of development of territories within the "Okhta Park" resort in the current realities;The object of the study - low-rise residential construction.The subject of the study is the implementation of new projects on the territory near "Okhta Park" in an unstable socio-economic situation.Methodology and methods of research: the method of analysis, the method of comparison, the method of induction.The analysis of changes in the cost of building materials until February 24 and in the first months after this date in 2022 was carried out; the cost of building materials used for the construction of a typical house on the territory of "Okhta Park" was estimated; the concept of development of cottage construction on the territory of "Okhta Park", aimed at reducing the cost of construction, was worked out.In the course of work a study of price change dynamics for a number of construction materials was conductedCalculations of the estimated cost of building materials for a typical house on the territory of "Okhta Park" before and after the change of terms of supply of building materials and other parameters of the investment and construction market of low-rise building were made.The result of the research is the concept of development of the territory of "Okhta Park" with the use of the developed principles of cheapening of new projects. |
