The work is about the degradation dynamics study of carbendazim, the active substance of the fungicide Axioma, KS (500 g/l) was and carbendazim, as a metabolite of thiophanate-methyl, the active substance of Topsin-M, KS (500 g/l). Compounds were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with an ultraviolet detector. Comparison of the two preparations showed that carbendazim as a metabolite degrades faster than carbendazim as an active substance. Residual amounts of carbendazim and thiophanate-methyl in grain and straw of winter cereal crops at the time of harvest were not found in various regions. |
